1. The defendant shall register with the plaintiff, with the head of Suwon District Court, as to the area of 298 square meters in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si C road, and with the registration of Ansan-gu, 196.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. At the time of the land survey and forest survey conducted during the Japanese occupation period, the Gyeonggi-do Suwon-gun E previously 522 and the two parts of the F Forest and Forest (hereinafter referred to as “land subject to assessment”) are the land which was assessed as the owner of the Plaintiffs’ increased-scale Ggel as at the time of the land survey and forest survey conducted during the Japanese occupation period.

B. G resided at the above H’s permanent domicile on June 2, 194 and died on June 2, 194, and the deceased’s grandchildren succeeded to Australia. On June 28, 1983, K, Plaintiff A, Plaintiff B, L, M, and N jointly succeeded to the deceased.

C. Of the land subject to assessment, E’s KRW 522 (hereinafter “one parcel of land before subdivision”) was divided into 412, 90, and Q 20, and the cadastral area was restored. The time of restoration is unclear, but it was divided into 31 square meters before S on September 10, 1955, and thus, it can be known that it was prior to September 10, 1955.

Among them, P road 90 square meters was set up as the 298 cubic meters of Ansan-si, Seosan-si C Road 298 cubic meters (hereinafter “instant one”). On August 1, 1996, the registration of preservation of ownership, such as the written order, was completed on August 1, 1996.

From among the land subject to assessment, on April 1, 1967, the 2nd 2nd 2nd f forest (hereinafter “twoth f00 square meters before the division”) was divided and registered on April 1, 1967, and the 198th mar f forest in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, through the registration of area conversion and the administrative district. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on January 10, 1996 when the owner of the said forest was not reinstated. The said forest was registered on April 13, 2010 as the 158th mar (hereinafter “the instant 2nd mar”).
