A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A. On June 4, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim C on June 4, 2017, at around 02:10, the victim C (52:3) of the victim C (52:3) who was in the Chang-si Mapo-si Mapo-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s main business by force by force, on the grounds that the victim did not perform the pre-paid alcohol but did not pay the pre-paid alcohol value.

B.
