1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff is a company that provides advisory services related to environmental business.

On June 25, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) concluded the “technical royalty business contract,” including the content that the Plaintiff received from the Minister of Knowledge Economy (Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy as amended by Act No. 11690, Mar. 23, 2013; hereinafter referred to as the “Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy for convenience”) the government contributions of KRW 72,00,000,00 from the Government contributions paid to the Minister of Knowledge Economy (Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy for the sake of convenience), and paid them to the Gamwork Co., Ltd.; and (b) the Gaming Co., Ltd. shall bear KRW 20,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, for the private sector contributions.

On the same day, the Plaintiff entered into a technology fee agreement with the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy to pay a total of KRW 1.31 billion out of the 1.8 billion government contributions received from the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy by entering into the instant agreement, as described in the following sub-paragraph (c), and the said agreement includes the following:

According to each of the above business contracts, the Plaintiff was paid KRW 490 million out of government contributions (=1.8 billion -1.3 billion - KRW 1.3 billion).

Article 3 (Submission of Reports) “B” (hereinafter referred to as “the participating institution of this case”) shall submit to “A” (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff”) a report on the performance of the project pertaining to this project by April 30, 2013.

Article 4 (Good Faith and Sincerity, and Mutual Cooperation) (2) (b) "B" shall be deemed to be a project from time to time upon the request of "A" through the entire project process.
