Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From April 1, 2012 to October 17, 2013, the Defendant is a person who served as the president of the 18th Residents representative meeting of Songpa-gu Seoul apartment complex C, and D is a person appointed on March 11, 2014 as the president of the 19th Residents representative meeting of the above apartment complex and is performing his duties from April 1, 2014, and E is the above apartment management warden.

On November 7, 2013, the Defendant issued an unfair instruction on the heating costs of apartment units in the residents' voting of apartment units, and accordingly, the Defendant was resolved to dismiss the Defendant from the position of the chairperson of the residents' representative council against the Defendant. On March 11, 2014, D was elected as the chairperson of the representatives' representative council of the following apartment units, which led the Defendant to dismiss him.

On May 1, 2014, the Defendant conspiredd with the chairperson D and managing director E of the Songpa-gu Seoul Apartment Complex, the Defendant’s residence, and around 324 and 706, the Defendant: (a) distributed “the 19th meeting data of the representative meeting of occupants” to the representative of the occupants at the said meeting for the purpose of slandering the Defendant around April 10, 2014; and (b) reported interference with the management affairs pursuant to paragraph (5) of the meeting data; and (c) made verbal abuse and assault by the employees of the Dongdaemun-gu Office with the head of the management office of Dongdaemun-gu and the staff of the management office of Dongdaemun-gu.” (c) made a false statement on the Defendant’s website with the purpose of impairing the Defendant’s reputation by stating that “the Defendant’s reputation was damaged by visiting the head of the management office at least 6 times a week with a thickness of the representative of occupants, continuing to engage in management and verbal abuse, and interfering with the management office’s business.” (d) The Defendant’s reputation was damaged by stating 14.
