1. As to the Plaintiff A’s KRW 70,675,317, and KRW 18,394,183 and each of the said money, the Defendant shall start on November 2, 2017.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendant was determined by maintaining de facto marital relations from around 2000 to August 2016 by the Plaintiffs’ mother D and her mother.

B. The Defendant used a credit card in the name of the Plaintiffs with the credit card obtained from the Plaintiffs, and received the loan in the name of the Plaintiffs and used the money for the Defendant’s personal use.
