A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 11, 2014, the Defendant taken pictures against the victim’s will that could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a hardphone recording function in the vicinity of the studio near the studio in a place (i.e., camera, etc.) around 03:59 on March 11, 2014, and (ii) from around that time to July 23:56, 2017, the Defendant used a smartphone photographing device to take pictures of the victim’s body against the victim’s will that could cause a sense of sexual humiliation or shame by using a smartphone recording function.

2. On February 21, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Intrusion into Public Places for Sexual Purposes”) opened an emergency exit door which was held at the Busan Fransh B, and entered the said public bath room with a view to satisfying his/her sexual desire by using smartphone photographing functions.

3. The Defendant committed an attempted crime of using a camera, etc.: (a) performed the function of the victim DNA (the 22 years of age), E (n, the 22 years of age), and smartphones in order to capture the body of the victim, and (b) suspended the shooting of the victim’s body by exposing it to the victims; (c) from around that time until June 4, 2018, the Defendant attempted to take the body of the victims who might have caused sexual humiliation or shame by using a smartphone photographing function three times in total, such as the two-year period period in the list of crimes attached hereto, from that time until June 4, 2018.

4. A defendant who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Confidentiality, etc.) shall be punished on February 5, 2014.
