Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On July 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the victim C’s residence located in Silung City, around July 29, 2016, opened a bend window that was not corrected in the said residence; and (b) cut off the market price, one hard cover, which was caused by the building stand in the said residence.

B. On July 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around July 29, 2016, at the victim’s name, in the victim’s without any correction of the said residence; (b) opened a bend window without any correction of the said residence; and (c) cut off one of the hubs in the market price, which were suffering from the building stand in the said residence.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. On July 29, 2016, at around 23:40 on July 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) had a smartphone with a camera function on the toilet window installed on the outer wall of the above residential building; (b) sought to photograph the body of the victim, who may cause sexual humiliation or shame, using the above smartphone, against his/her will; but (c) did not take photographs on the wind that is not well visible inside the residential area; and (d) did not take photographs on the victim’s body.

B. On July 2016, the Defendant took pictures against his will of a female victim in the name unexplosion, who could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame by carrying out dancing with the Defendant’s smartphone through the toilet window of the above residence, and then enjoying a photographer case of smartphones.

On July 2016, the Defendant had smartphones of the Defendant through the toilet window in the above residence, and after dancing, caused sexual humiliations or humiliations by implementing a smartphone camera in the smartphone.
