Punishment of the crime

On June 12, 2014, around 17:08, the Defendant: (a) used ATM (equipment number: 6290) by the victim at the “Saby-dong 10-ro 52, Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and (b) used ATM; and (c) took off the victim’s wall, which is the victim’s possession; (d) one per se; and (e) three credit cards belonging thereto; (e) one bank check; and (e) 19,000 won in cash.
