A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:41 on March 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) expressed, without any reason, the victim C in Ulsan-dong-dong-gu-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's convenience store business by force.

2. The Defendant damaged the property by gathering a display box containing a camera in the convenience store at the time and place mentioned in paragraph (1), and attaching approximately 70,000 won in total of the market price owned by the victim C.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.

3.
