The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The summary of the facts charged of this case is that the defendant, around 09:00 on June 9, 202, 130 and approximately 20 members of the 3rd floor administrative office of the Sungsung-gun and the office of the Sungsung-gun Office are heard by 130 and approximately 20 members of the staff of the Sungsung-gun Office, and the victim B, with a large voice, "at the close range where the wild boar pigs has occurred", and around 09:30 on June 9, 2020, the victim was insultingd twice by referring to a large voice among two members of the staff of the Sungsung-gun Office in front of the third floor of the above Gosung-gun Office."

The instant case is an offense falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act and may be prosecuted only when a complaint is filed pursuant to Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. On August 24, 2020 after the instant indictment, a written agreement was submitted by the victim to the instant court.

The public prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
