When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 23, 2014, around 17:23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 501, the Songpa-gu Seoul apartment building B 501, “A person under the influence of alcohol,” who was so reported by a taxi engineer, was asked D to leave the taxi and return to the taxi from the police officer affiliated with the Songpa-gu Police Station C District Unit of the Songpa-gu Police Station, which called “I ambs off. I ambs off. I ambs off. I am. I am. I am. I do not am.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of report by the police officer.
