Criminal facts

At around 10:03 on January 17, 2012, the Defendant posted a false letter stating that “D’s “D’s Internet broadcast post bulletin board” was “from one’s husband and victim E,” as if he were infinites interested parties, the Defendant sent to her husband and the victim’s infinite, talked with her husband, talked with her husband, finite and finited with her husband, and sent letters to her husband, making it possible to report the text and currency content of the infinites with her husband and the infinites to finite 5 times in total, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.” From that time to January 19, 2012, the Defendant posted a false letter stating that “from one’s husband and the victim are infinites.”

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by divulging public false information through information and communication network with a view to slandering the person.
