Punishment of the crime

On May 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the Defendant’s factory construction work by way of force by setting off the access roads constructed at the victim’s company at the above place from one string vehicle to one string vehicle and one string vehicle, and one string vehicle and one string vehicle in order to perform construction work, including factory sites, on the land awarded by the Victim C Co., Ltd. on which the Defendant was awarded a successful bid. (c) The Defendant: (d) obstructed the Defendant’s factory construction work by force by placing the access roads constructed at the victim’s company at the above place from around that time to June 12, 2017.
