Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant handled the psychotropic drugs-related Metepha (i.e., “prophone”; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), MDMA (i.e., “EXP”; hereinafter referred to as “EXP”), GHB, and Kenya as follows:

1. Import of narcotics smuggling;

A. On November 6, 2017, the Defendant, using a direct transport method, was carrying approximately 2g of phiphonephones, approximately 10 of EXB, and 30ml in a travel bag at the California L&V airport of the United States of California, and was on board the B air aircraft and arrived at the Incheon Airport located in the Jung-gu Incheon Port, Jung-gu, Incheon, on November 7, 2017.

In this respect, the Defendant imported philophones, X-gu and GHB into the Republic of Korea.

B. The Defendant, who used international mail, conspiredd to transfer the price of narcotics to the said C via a transshipment account, if C (one name D) in the U.S. concealed narcotics such as phiphones, etc. in the international mail and sent them to the Defendant.

1) On May 2018, the above C: (a) concealed about about 20 ghopon and about 10 gpoponon in the Commix, etc. at the site of California (U.S.) of the Republic of Korea; (b) stated the sign "Seoul E building, Fho, and the addressee's "G" as the Republic of Korea; (c) sent the mail to the Republic of Korea using international mail; (d) on May 26, 2018, the mail arrive at the Incheon State's port located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon; and (e) the Defendant received the said mail at the domicile of the Defendant of Seoul Emcom Fho; (b) in collusion with C, the Defendant imported the instant mailphone and X-type with the Republic of Korea around December 2018.
