A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by compulsion on the part of the victim E (in female, 28 years old) who danced at the stage of the Data club located in Pyeongtaek-si C on May 23, 2015; (b) lowering the body of the victim; and (c) putting both descendants into the victim’s reflect part; and (d) put them into the victim’s left part.

2. 모욕 피고인은 2015. 5. 23. 23:35경 평택시 F에 있는 G지구대 앞길에서 신고를 받고 출동한 경기평택경찰서 G지구대 소속 피해자 H(33세), 피해자 I(47세)가 피고인에게 사건경위를 묻는 것에 화가 나 위 E과 E의 일행인 J 등이 듣고 있는 가운데 피해자들에게 “씹새끼들아! 니네들 그렇게 할 일이 없냐, 병신들아, 잡으라는 범인은 안 잡는 병신들아, 내가 뭘 잘못했는데, 여기에 왔냐 새끼들아, 그냥 놔두지 않겠다. 여기 불 쏴지르겠다. 이 새끼들아!“고 큰소리로 말하여 공연히 피해자들을 모욕하였다.
