A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 22:52 on the 22:52 day before Pyeongtaek-si Budio Adong, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol, putting the brick in front of it without any particular reason; and (b) the Defendant got a police officer D belonging to the Gyeonggi-gu Police Station C District of the Gyeonggi-gu Police Station, who received 112 report and called “to die and die.”

Accordingly, the Defendant expressed to the above police officers that “this son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on crime prevention and handling of 112 reported cases.

2. On July 5, 2016, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) around 23:10 on July 5, 2016, in the Gyeonggi-si Police Station C District; (b) under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender for the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties as prescribed in paragraph (1) of the said Article; (c) on the police officers working there, the Defendant sent to the police station a large amount of 1:0 on the one hand, on the one hand, on the other, on the one hand, on the one hand, on the other, on the other, on the one hand, on the other, on the other, on the other, on the other, on the other.

Accordingly, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, had a very rough and disorderly speech and behavior in a public office.
