A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 21:00 on August 17, 2015 to 21:20 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s eel in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu’s Da (58 years of age); (b) expressed the victim’s desire to “to die without a meeting” on the ground that the victim does not go to the Federation of Local Telecom Merchants; and (c) expressed the victim’s eye on two occasions with his head after walking the victim’s bridge at one time; and (d) expressed the victim’s f (the 66 years of age) who was an employee of the above telecom, laid the victim’s shoulder above the victim’s shoulder with his hand; and (d) made the victim’s face over the rear part of the victim’s Ga (the 42 years of age and the 42 years of age body of the victim).
