Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 20, 2013, at around 08:38, the Defendant: (a) withdrawn KRW 100,000 in cash prior to the 2nd anniversary of the 2nd anniversary of the National Bank of the Gangnam-gu Seoul National Bank ATM period; (b) however, the Defendant obstructed the management of the victims’ ATM period by force for about 30 minutes by force, such as: (c) the victim D ( South, 31 years old), the victim E ( South, and 26 years old), who was an employee of the CTM management entity, called the ATM management entity that was dispatched because of no cash transfer; and (d) the Defendant did not withdraw the security card within the ATM period; and (d) the Defendant did not withdraw the cash.

2. 모욕 피고인은 2013. 1. 20. 09:03경 위 제1항 기재 장소에서 ATM기를 발로 차는 등 난동을 부린다는 112신고를 받고 출동한 서울강남경찰서 F파출소 소속 경찰관인 피해자 G(남, 36세)에게 "야 씹할 놈아, 내 돈 10만원 받아 달라는데 왜 지랄이야 개새끼야.", "이 씹할 나이도 어린 짭새 새끼가 지랄하고 있네."라고 지하철 내 불특정 다수인들이 운집한 장소에서 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
