Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, only 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 14:40 on January 30, 2013, Defendant A entered the road edge in order to stop a bus on the front side of the bus stops in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 234-2, which caused inconvenience to the Defendant who was getting on a bicycle while getting on a bus driver, and was in dispute with the bus driver B (the age of 43) and the trial, Defendant A spited the victim’s face through an open window of the bus driver’s seat, and put about approximately two weeks of the victim’s right-hand spit, etc.
