Punishment of the crime

On September 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 19:35, on the front side of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the victim C (the age of 66) was driving, but the victim was unable to get a guest because of the Gyeonggi-do taxi; (b) spits down the victim’s face with the open window of the driver’s seat when the victim was drinking at a drinking time; (c) spits down the boom on the victim’s face; and (d) the victim was satfing the victim’s chest by sating the victim’s chest by sating the fright, and sat down the victim’s chest by hand.
