1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,132,289 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 24, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of each statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5 (including evidence attached with serial numbers), the plaintiff is obligated to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 24, 2016 to the day of complete payment, as follows: (a) the plaintiff provided food materials wholesale business to Eul in the name of "B" until February 2016; and (b) the defendant agreed to pay the price for the goods unpaid as of April 2016 to the plaintiff; and (c) the price for the goods unpaid as of April 2016 constitutes 23,132,289. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff losses for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 24, 2016

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
