1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,097,505 and the interest rate thereon from October 27, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the fact that the plaintiff, who runs the wholesale business of agricultural and fishery products under the trade name of "D, supplied food materials to the defendants who jointly operate the "E" from December 2, 2016 to September 29, 2017, and the fact that the price for the goods was 32,097,505 can be acknowledged.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 32,097,505 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 27, 2017 to the date of full payment after the original copy of the instant payment order was served on the Defendants, as the Plaintiff seeks.

The plaintiff's claim is justified, and all of them are accepted.
