1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months;

Punishment of the crime

The defendant 2017 senior group 2857 is the user who has been engaged in the business of manufacturing financial instruments by using eight full-time workers as the C representative director in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building B 903.

1. When a worker dies or retires, an employer in violation of the Labor Standards Act shall pay him/her wages, compensations, or other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred;
