[criminal power] On May 24, 1990, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a crime of larceny at the Seoul Northern District Court on July 21, 1998; on May 2, 2001, in the Seoul Southern District Court, one year of imprisonment for special larceny, etc. at the Seoul Southern District Court on July 18, 2002; one year and two months of imprisonment for special larceny; one year and three months of Jan. 20, 2005; two years of imprisonment for special larceny at the Seoul Southern District Court on Nov. 6, 2007; and two years of imprisonment for special larceny at the same court on March 29, 201; and two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Theft at the Seoul Western District Court on March 21, 201.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On June 17, 2015, around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim D’s multi-household housing in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and damaged the boom and intruded into the said house; (b) the victim stolen the victim’s property owned by the victim in total amount of KRW 7.60,00 in the market price by taking out 1 gold booms with the victim’s boom, which was kept in his/her finger in his/her finger bank; (c) one gold booms in the shape of the chain; (d) one fluor; (e) one fluort with the fluor; (e) one fluort with the shape of the fluor; and (e) one fluort with the shape of the fluort.
2. On June 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00 on June 18, 2015, the victim F, and G residing in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, destroyed a correction device by sticking the entrance knick hole into the key hole so as to be unftened so long; and (b) intrudes into the said house; (c) the victim F, of cash 50,000 won, in which the victim F, was under custody in Ansan, one gold-shaped knick knick knick, one gold-shaped knick knick knick, one cash-shaped knick knick knick knick, and one gold knick knick knick knick knick knick knick knick knick, and owned by each
