Punishment of the crime

1. On January 11, 2020, at around 13:20 on January 11, 2020, Defendant A’s single criminal conduct (such as intrusion upon residence, theft) went into a house owned by the victim D and went into the house, after opening the kitchen, and entering the house, and the victim’s market price in the house was equivalent to KRW 700,000,000,000,000 in the market price of the victim’s own property owned by the Defendant.
