Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, “2014 Highest 699” from August 2012 to February 2014, 2014, was working as the store of F directly operated by the SK Telecom Ecom Agency on the D1st floor of Daegu Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, and opened a mobile phone using another person’s name by stealing the other person’s name, and then, had the cell phone sold the relevant mobile phone phone to use it for the repayment of his/her personal debt.

On April 26, 2013, the Defendant entered “G”, “H”, and “H”, into the name column of bank name of the method of payment of charges, in the column of customer information, using the personal information of his own external third village G, which was known in advance at the above F Office, and entered “G” in the name column of customer information, “G” and “H” in the column of the name of the bank name of the method of payment of charges, but “SK card”, “B” in the deposit account column, “G,” and “G,” and “G,” respectively, in the resident registration number column of the deposit owner, “G,” and “G,” in the same manner.
From August 27, 2012 to February 13, 2014, the Defendant used the name of G in 34 times as described in the list of crimes (1) as shown in the separate sheet of crimes (i), and then used the name of J to stolen the name of G, 18 times, and 29 times, by stealing the name of H, 16 times, and 10 times in total by stealing the name of L, 115 times in total, including 115 times, by stealing the name of 8, M, 16 times, and 10 times in use of the name of N, and thereby inputting the name of 10 times in total.
Accordingly, the defendant's new service contract with six persons such as G, which is a prior recording of rights and duties, for the purpose of causing another person's affairs, entered the service contract, terminal/USIM change application, terminal installment sales contract, and fee discount system.
