1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The deceased L (former names: M: N on March 19, 1954. The deceased on September 13, 1965. The deceased on September 13, 1965, the deceased on September 13, 1965. The deceased co-inheritors of the deceased on September 7, 1995 are Plaintiff A (Inheritance shares 11/77), and the deceased P (Inheritance shares 66/7, October 3, 1995), and the deceased on October 3, 195, and the deceased on October 3, 195 are Plaintiff B (Inheritance shares 30/77) and C, D, and E (each inheritance shares 12/7).
B. On December 22, 1997, Q (or agent R) filed a lawsuit for the registration of ownership transfer (No. 97No. 92) with respect to the land ownership transfer registration (No. 97No. 92), in Gyeyang-si District Court’s Busan District Court’s Busan District Court’s Busan District Court’s 2584m2 (hereinafter “instant land before the instant subdivision”). On December 22, 1997, the said court drafted a protocol of protocol with the following contents (hereinafter “instant protocol of protocol”).
1. L shall carry out the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer on April 20, 198 with respect to the land of 200 parts and 6 parts and 1 parts of the forest land in Yangsan City to Q.
2. Q shall pay to L by December 27, 1997 KRW 7,500,000.
3. L shall deliver Q Q Q with all the documents necessary for the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer concerning the real estate mentioned in paragraph (1) on the same date.
C. Q completed the registration of ownership transfer based on sale on April 20, 198 with respect to the land prior to the instant subdivision on January 12, 1998. Since then February 3, 1998, Q completed the registration of ownership transfer based on sale and purchase on February 2, 1998 with respect to the share of 8628/25884 of the land prior to the said subdivision to T on February 2, 1998 ( Q completed the registration of ownership transfer on June 8, 1998 with respect to the remaining share of 17256/25884 on June 28, 198, but the said registration of ownership transfer was cancelled due to the cancellation of contract on June 8, 1998). The registration of ownership transfer was completed based on sale and purchase on June 22, 1998 with respect to the share of land prior to the said subdivision to Defendant K on July 28, 198.
