1. The plaintiffs' appeal is dismissed.

Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

1. Basic facts

A. In Yangsan-si, 206 Ma110,000 (hereinafter “instant land before the instant subdivision”) owned a net L (former names: M: names before the opening names; names on the register: N: N on the registry). The network L died on March 19, 1954.

B. At the time of the death of the deceased L, the heir had a long-mast-math-math-math-math-math-math-math-math-math-math-math-

The co-inheritors of the networkO are Plaintiff A (Inheritance Shares 11/77), the network P (Inheritance Shares 66/77). The network P died on October 3, 1995 and died and there are Plaintiff B (Inheritance Shares 30/77) and Plaintiff C, D, and E (Inheritance Shares 12/77).

C. Y, Z, and R (hereinafter “Y, etc.”) had Q AA, an attorney at the Busan District Court, filed a lawsuit against the said L, who had already died in around 197, to register the ownership transfer of the land prior to the division into the Busan District Court’s Ulsan Branch (No. 97No. 92). On December 22, 1997, the said court drafted a protocol of protocol (hereinafter “instant protocol of protocol”) with respect to the net L, who was appointed by the attorney at the above Q and the Y et al., on the ground that the said Q’s legal representative and the Y et al. were the same.

1. L shall carry out the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer on April 20, 198 with respect to the land of 200 parts and 6 parts and 1 parts of the forest land in Yangsan City to Q.

2. Q shall pay to L by December 27, 1997 KRW 7,500,000.

3. L shall deliver Q Q Q with all the documents necessary for the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer regarding the real estate mentioned in paragraph (1) on the same date.

According to the instant protocol of conciliation, on January 12, 198, the registration of transfer of ownership in Q Q’s name was completed on April 20, 198 for the land prior to the instant subdivision.

After February 3, 1998, with respect to shares of 8628/2584 of the above land before the above subdivision, the registration of transfer of ownership in T's name for sale on February 2, 1998, and with respect to shares of 4036/2584 of the above land before the above subdivision on July 2, 1998, the registration of transfer of ownership in Defendant K's name for sale on June 2, 1998, and the above division on July 2, 1998.
