Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In around 1998, the defendant purchased the land in the victim C (the age of 65) and in the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City D, and constructed and sold commercial buildings in order to carry out the business.

In the event of a dispute, it has been agreed to liquidate the same business relationship with the victim and received KRW 500,000 from the settlement amount and withdrawn from the business.

1. Intimidation;
