Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Records] Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Vocational Stability Act at the Ulsan District Court on January 12, 2016 and the suspended sentence for two years was finalized on May 28, 2016.
[Criminal facts]
1. Defendant A, along with Defendant C, was operating “E” as a motor vehicle parts sales business entity in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, with Defendant A, from the early November 2015, during the same month, at the above E office’s office in the same month, Defendant A lent the office “E office to be used for a single dump shotum shots. Instead, the office monthly, physical, electricity, etc. will be paid instead of the office monthly, physical, and electric rent.

2. Defendant B
A. The Defendant aiding and abetting the opening of a gambling place from December 2, 2014 to July 2015, the Defendant: (a) held a place on the fourth floor of the J Building located in G and Ulsan Nam-gu, G, Ulsan-gu, G, and the fourth floor of the K studio building; (b) held a 10,00 won and unlimited betting amount per 10,00 won per basic board; and (c) held two string cards by gamblings and 5 strings, which are set up in the table.
