Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. From May 2015 to June 201 of the same year, the Defendant assisted the opening of a gambling place: (a) at an ancient dump park in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu; (b) provided 10,00 won and unlimited betting amount per 10,000 won on the basis of each time; and (c) gamblings received two dump cards from gamblings and five dump card numbers in the table table and five dump card numbers in the table table; and (d) provided a person with the highest degree of plaques by combining the dump, etc. with the dump number in the table table in order of gamblings to provide convenience by dividing the dum card with convenience, such as coffee and tobacco, and received 20,000 won on the basis of daily fees.

Accordingly, the Defendant, while knowing that he opened a place where gambling is conducted for profit as above, aided and abetted the establishment of his gambling place by doing so.

From May 2015 to June 20 of the same year, the Defendant earned a total of KRW 8,500,000 from a large number of unspecified gambling workers at a drophouse 202 G building 202 operated by B and D, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-gu, which was operated by B and D, with a total of KRW 4,000,000,000,000 from May 20 to June 20 of the same year.
