Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendants A and B were in the post-ray relationship, and were to operate a gambling place in the middle of January 2014, and Defendant A shared the role of attracting customers and managing the entire gambling place, and Defendant B shared the role of managing the books of gambling and gambling place.
