Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. A around 00:04 on April 13, 2014, Defendant A connected “F” to a group hosting room of the Kakakakakao A, posted a notice to the victim G, stating, “Isdogs or Gugs while going between the two streets,” thereby openly insulting the victim G.

2. 피고인 B 피고인은 2014. 4. 14. 22:31경 카카오톡의 단체 채팅방으로 다수의 사람들이 동시에 접속하여 게시글을 볼 수 있는 “H”에 접속하여, 피해자 G를 상대로 “하루빨리 니놈 대굴빡을 짱돌로 세리삐는 날이 오길 바란다”, “나쁜새끼 국가와 민족은 안중에도 없고 오로지 붕당의 이익에 몰두하는 역적놈의 새끼”, “천날만날 도배질이나 하면서 한산을 프락치로 몬 개자슥이 남상생아니냐”이라는 글을 게시하여 피해자를 공연히 모욕하였다.

3. Defendant C

A. On March 11, 2014, at around 07:51, the Defendant connected the “H” in paragraph (2) of this Article, posted to the victim G a letter, “Apule who is a child and was unable to do so,” “Epule to put the processed matter in the primary nesnes,” and “apule who is less than a spule than a spule” to publicly insult the victim.

B. On March 22, 2014, at around 11:58, the Defendant connected the crypted the victim by posting a letter “Ie Mae Mae Mae Mae Mae Mae Mae Mae Maga,” thereby openly insulting the victim.

C. On March 23, 2014, the Defendant posted a notice stating “GYY Doine Doine Doine Doine Domination” and openly insulting the victim.

Around 16:40 on April 1, 2014, the Defendant had access to the Mereing room, and posted a statement against the victim, stating that “Neum is valueless, human flag,” thereby openly insulting the victim.

4. On April 3, 2014, at around 20:16, the Defendant access to “I” to the group hosting room of the Kakakakakao Stockholm, and grow up against the victim about “49 GE 60 Doz.”
