1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,800,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 25, 2018 to the date of full payment.

If the purport of the entire argument is added to the statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the plaintiff entered into an employment contract with the defendant around January 23, 2013 and worked for the defendant from around that time to November 30, 2018, but it can be acknowledged that the sum of KRW 4,400,000 per month wages from May 2018 to November 30, 2018 was not paid by the defendant. Thus, the defendant is liable to pay to the plaintiff the sum of the above overdue wages of KRW 30,800,000 and damages for delay at the rate of KRW 20% per annum under the Labor Standards Act from December 25, 2018 to the day of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
