1. The defendant,

B. Plaintiff B is subject to KRW 19,965,350.

According to the purport of Gap 1 through 6 evidence and the whole arguments, the plaintiffs concluded an employment contract with the defendant, and retired from office as stated in the following table of service. However, it can be acknowledged that the defendant delayed payment of the wages incurred during the plaintiffs' period of service as stated in the table of the overdue wage amount, and that the defendant did not pay the overdue wages and retirement allowances within 14 days from the date of each retirement, and no other counter-proof exists.

The Defendant is obligated to pay Plaintiff A with the rate of KRW 15,5,962,785 from the date of retirement to July 15, 2018, 2018, to Plaintiff B from the date of retirement to the date of full payment of KRW 15,510,401,604 8,410,780 15,962,785 Plaintiff B from the date of November 26, 2012 to November 3, 2018, 3,528, 186, 228,909, 909, 208, 208, 26419, 965, and damages for delay from the date of retirement to the date of full payment of KRW 15,962,785 from the date of retirement to the date of 14th day after 2018.

The plaintiffs' claims are justified.
