As to the crimes of Nos. 1 and 4 in the judgment of the defendant, the imprisonment with prison labor for the crimes of Nos. 2 and 3 in the judgment of the court shall be six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 2011, the defendant of criminal records was sentenced to one year of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Gwangju District Court for six months, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 5, 201, and on August 11, 2011, the same court was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 19, 201.

1. 살인, 현주건조물방화 피고인은 피해자 C(여, 59세)의 아들 D과 2010년경부터 동거하는 사이인데, 평소 피해자가 아들 D과의 만남에 대해 반대하는 것에 불만을 품고 있던 중, D이 피해자의 뜻에 따라 피고인과의 관계를 정리하고 우즈베키스탄에서 신부감을 마련하기로 하자 이에 좌절한 나머지 D이 출국한 틈을 이용하여 피해자를 살해하기로 마음먹고, D을 통하여 피해자가 새벽녘에 피해자가 경영하는 편의점에서 잠을 잔다는 사실을 알아냈다.
