Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months and by imprisonment for six months.
However, for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No one shall gambling using the act of offering property or property benefits to persons who win the result by issuing (including issuing through an information and communications network) sports promotion voting rights or things similar thereto operated by the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation and a person who is not an entrusted business entity.
1. On September 27, 2015, Defendant A joined the Defendant’s house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, as a member of the online private sports entertainment entertainment site, via the Internet, and deposited KRW 6,50,500 from the account under the name of the Defendant to the account designated by the said site operator as the gold charging account and charged the game money for gambling, and from that time until November 2, 201 of the same year, Defendant A deposited KRW 219,820,50 in total over 43 times in the same manner as the “A crime list (1)-sports amount,” and deposited KRW 219,820,50,00 in the same amount as the corresponding game money, and collected the game money for domestic sports games, and boomed the result of the games, and boomed the game money to pay dividends in accordance with the dividend rate.
2. On October 13, 2015, Defendant B joined the EPC room located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with the trade name of “D” via the Internet, and deposited KRW 5,010,00 from the account in the name of the Defendant to the account designated by the said site operator as the gold charging account and charged for the game money used for gambling from December 5, 2015 to December 67, 2015, the Defendant deposited KRW 464,078,000 in total in the same way as the “B Crime List (1-sports amount”) of the attached Table, and received the corresponding amount to deposit KRW 67 times in the same game money and predicted the result of the games for domestic sports.
