Defendants shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who is not an entrusted business entity nor a national sports promotion corporation of the Seoul Olympic Games or a person who has issued voting rights to promote sports or things similar thereto shall gambling using property or property benefits to those who win for the result thereof;
