Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant in the name of “D” on the first floor of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C, and is a representative.

A person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall not make a false indication of the place of origin or make an indication likely to cause confusion therewith.

From April 16, 2013 to May 10, 2014, the Defendant purchased 540 km totaling from E (F in Sungnam-gu) to 5,700 km totaling from 5,000 km (2,70,000 won purchase amount), from April 20, 2013 to May 10, 2014, totaling 2,966 km totaling from G (referring to “H” and Seoul Songpa-gu I”) to 51 U.S. dollars totaling from 7,00 won per km (purchase amounting to 20,762,00 won), from May 10 to 10, 2013 to 360 km total amounting to 360 km total from 36,60 km total amount per 20 km and 360 km total from May 23, 2013 to 203.

피고인은 2013. 4. 19.경부터 2014. 5. 14.경까지 위 업소에서 위와 같이 구입한 브라질산 닭고기로 뼈 없는 닭볶음탕을 조리하여 1인분(250g)당 12,500원, 미국산ㆍ벨기에산 돼지고기로 제육볶음, 불고기볶음, 돼지갈비찜 등을 조리하여 1인분(300g)당 12,500원, 미국산 소고기로 소 갈비찜을 조리하여 1인분(500g)당 17,500원에 각 판매하면서 원산지 표시를 광고 전단지에 “소고기(뉴질랜드산), 돼지고기(폴란드산), 닭고기(국내산).”, 영업장 내부에 “돼지고기(수입산: 네덜란드, 칠레, 프랑스), 소고기(수입산: 호주), 닭고기(국내산: 하림)”이라고 각 표시함으로써 합계 약 274,775,000원 상당의 브라질산 닭고기 등의 원산지를 거짓 표시하여 판매하였다.
