1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 150,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 8, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

Between July 2004 and September 2006, the Plaintiff loaned a total of KRW 150,00,000 to the Defendant does not dispute between the parties, and if the purport of the entire pleadings is added to the entries in subparagraphs 1 through 5, the Defendant may acknowledge the fact that the Defendant agreed to pay the Plaintiff the above borrowed money by October 30, 201. As such, the Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from April 8, 2016 to the day of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks, as the date of the above repayment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
