1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 150,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from February 29, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. On October 8, 2011, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the first floor located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Housing from November 1, 2011 to November 1, 2013; (b) determined the lease deposit amount of KRW 150,000,000; and (c) paid KRW 150,000,000 to the Defendant on October 31, 201.
The above lease contract was terminated on November 1, 2013, and the plaintiff notified the defendant that he will be a director prior to the expiration of the term, but the defendant did not return the above lease deposit for the reason that the new lessee does not appear until several months after the expiration of the term.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 150,000,000 won with the interest rate of 20% per annum from the day after the copy of the complaint is served to the day of complete payment.
