1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 28,573,00 as well as 20% per annum from February 7, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

If Gap evidence Nos. 1-1 through 3 added the purport of the entire pleadings, it can be acknowledged that the plaintiff lent KRW 28,573,00 to the defendant on November 17, 2014, with the due date specified on November 21, 2014. As such, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from February 7, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order, as requested by the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
