1. As to KRW 369,243,179 among the Plaintiff and KRW 153,883,631 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall start January 1, 2013, and the remainder of KRW 215,359.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company that newly built and sold B apartment units within the Incheon Jung-gu Free Economic Zone (hereinafter “instant apartment”) and the Defendant is the buyer of the instant apartment units.

B. On March 18, 2010, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a sales contract with the content that the sales price shall be KRW 331,540,00 for the instant apartment No. 113 Dong 2801, and the down payment of KRW 16,570,00 shall be paid at the time of a contract, and the intermediate payment of KRW 197,940,000 shall be paid at once every six times from April 15, 2010 to May 15, 2012, and the remainder of KRW 117,030,000 shall be paid at the date of occupancy designation (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).

At the time of the above contract, the Defendant paid 16,570,000 won to the Plaintiff.

C. On June 5, 2010, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to pay KRW 12,386,000 for balcony expansion works on the instant apartment building 113 Dong 2801, and KRW 2,470,00 for the system air conditioners installation works, and KRW 1,852,00 for the contract deposit of balcony construction works on the said contract date when concluding each contract for the system air conditioners installation works, and KRW 9,916,00 for the remainder of balcony expansion works, KRW 7,410,00 for the system air conditioners installation works on the date of the said contract, and KRW 7,410,00 for the remainder of the system air conditioners installation works on the date of occupancy designation.

(2) At the time of the above contract, the Defendant paid to the Plaintiff the down payment of KRW 4,322,00 (=the down payment of the instant options construction contract (=the down payment of KRW 2,470,000 for balcony expansion construction work) to the Plaintiff, which is the down payment of KRW 1,852,00 for the construction work installed in balcony air conditioners at the time of the instant contract.
