A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 17:00 on September 2013, the Defendant attempted to take money and other valuables, i.e., taking the victim’s knife in Busan Jung-gu (the age of 62) from the Escife’s operation of Jung-gu (the age of 62) to the victim’s knife, which is a deadly weapon, into the right side of knife, the knife’s length of the knife (the No. 1), and preventing the victim from resisting. 3. Intrusion upon a structure, theft;
A. B.
