2. Intrusion into a structure;

A. On October 2018, the Defendant issued a warning from the victim C, the manager of the above Diplomatic Association, to refrain from entering the above church several times, but around December 27, 2018, the Defendant used the wireless Internet set up in the above church and intruded the building managed by the victim by entering the second floor worship with the entrance not corrected in order to charge mobile phones.

B. On December 30, 2018, the Defendant, at around 21:30 on December 30, 2018, entered the entrance that was not corrected for the same purpose as the preceding paragraph at the place under the preceding paragraph, and intruded on the structure managed by the victim under the preceding paragraph.
