On September 14, 2007, Kung-gu, Youngdong 678, Gungdong-dong 678, an application for the re-issuance of a driver's license was prepared and submitted to the public official in charge as a result of the loss of the Defendant's driver's license before the submission of the application for re-issuance of the above driver's license to the public official in charge, and a photograph attached by the Nonindicted Party, who is the Defendant's shape, not the Defendant's photograph, and thereby, the public official in charge was required to enter the facts of such insolvency in the car ledger

2. On the same date, time, and place as above 1. Paragraph 1., the above public official in charge was allowed to keep and exercise the car driving license register stating the fact of such insolvency as above.
