Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendants shall be the chairman of the BTrade Association.

On August 11, 2012, the "National Workers' Competition" organized by the CFT, was held in the vicinity of the Industrial Bank in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-do.

No one may damage or interfere with traffic by other means, such as destroying a road or bridge, while the defendant was present at the above assembly with 3,00 members of a social organization, such as D Organizations, and with 1,00 persons from August 11, 2012 to 15:10, the defendant conspired with 1,000 participants of the assembly on August 14:1, 201, in collusion with 1,00 persons from the place of the assembly, and interfered with traffic by passing along the road to the ICT near the place of the assembly in sequence through the distance in front of the National Assembly Hall.
