Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall destroy, damage, or fire a road, a waterway, or a bridge, or obstruct traffic by any other means.

Nevertheless, the defendant, at around 14:56 on June 16, 2012, was present at the meeting of the 'C organization' and the 'Cresh', the defendant interfered with the traffic of the land by driving along the front lane of the LG Commission Building located in the area of the So-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul and making it impossible to pass the general vehicle on the road.
