A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 10, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and the Guarantee of Compensation for Motor Vehicle Damages without obtaining a driver’s license, the Defendant driven a Brocketing car not covered by mandatory insurance over the 3km section from the road located in the Jin-si in Gwangju-si to the 365 discount road near the same Ri, on October 10, 2017.

While the Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, operated B rocketing car as described in paragraph 1, the Defendant was subject to the request for the preparation of a vehicle operation report from the chief patrol box D to the police box affiliated with the Gwangju Police Station C police box, which controlled the vehicle operation charge, using a stample, and operated “E”, “F” in the name column of the resident registration number column, “F” in the vehicle number column, “B in the vehicle number column,” “B in the vehicle number column,” “F” in the vehicle number column,” and “F” in the vehicle number column, from Jink to the above place.

In the statement, “E” was written in the statement “A, which is the statement at the end of the statement, without authority, signed by E without authority, and submitted the forged vehicle operation report as if it was a document duly formed with D, who is unaware of the circumstances.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a copy of the vehicle operation statement in the name of E, which is a private document on the proof of facts, and exercised it.
