A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around December 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.) by smoking marijuana, etc. (the head of the E at the construction site of “E” located in Seopopo-si, Seopo-si, and the paper-ro horses smoked marijuana by attaching fire to the hemp.

2. Around January 10, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariju) due to the possession of the hemp seed coats, etc. (mariju) around January 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) carried the hemp seed coats for the purpose of smoking by spraying the hemp seed into the Defendant’s accommodation 702 in Seopo-si, Seopo-si; and (b) holding the hemp seed coats for the purpose of smoking by saving the hemp seed so as to cover up four times in non-thunder and then saving it into the rap.

3. A defendant who violates the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariana) by smoking marijuana seed coats around January 10, 2013 (mariju) around January 10, 2013.

(b) at the same place as referred to in paragraph (1), after deducting the deceiving of tobacco:

As stated in paragraph (1), a set of the hemp seed coats in custody has been stored in the hemp plant and smoked by putting the hemp plant seed coats together with a fire.

4. Around January 11, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (marijuana) by smoking the hemp seed coats, etc. (e.g., marijuana) at the same place as the foregoing paragraph (b) around January 11, 2013, and in the same manner as the foregoing paragraph (c), smoked from the hemp seed coats by inserting one minute of the hemp seed coats and attaching a fire.
